We strive to work with vendors who share our commitment to quality in all aspects of our products and business methods. The people at Sugar River Cheese Co. are passionate about natural, terrific tasting, unique, kosher Wisconsin Cheeses. We are also passionate about making our customers thrilled to be doing business with us. Our goal is to provide the same quality in our service as in our cheese. COMPANY OWNERSHIP Sugar River Cheese Co is the brand name for products produced by Rosen Specialty Foods, LLC. Mark Rosen is the founder and owner of Rosen Specialty Foods, LLC. Mark and his wife make their home in a northern suburb of Chicago where they raise their three young boys. PRICING POLICY Our cheeses are not cheap to make, additionally we offer fair prices to our dairy farmers and all vendors for their milk and services. There simply are no opportunities to take shortcuts to save a dollar in our business. Our hope is that our customers will recognize and value the integrity we are committed to. The realities of the food business make it very hard to offer this product for cheaper then you find it on the store shelf.
